Yoga therapy can help to heal physical, emotional and spiritual challenges through the use of specific yoga postures, breathing exercises, and guided meditation.
I use my clairvoyant abilities in tandem with my extensive experience and training in anatomy, kinesiology, and yoga therapy to facilitate our sessions.
Each session ends with a long savasana (resting posture) to help your nervous system and subconscious mind integrate the work. If you like, a sound bath can be incorporated into your savasana.
Yoga therapy sessions are 90 minutes long.
Exchange: I charge 87 for a single session or 240 for a package of three (this saves you 21 dollars). Packages never expire.
