You are welcome to participate in our endeavors as much or as little as you like. You may find that you would like to do everything on the schedule, or you may find that you would like to do less. It’s all up to you. There is no “right” way to do this retreat. There is only your way!

Thursday, September 8th:
3 pm – Arrive, settle in
5 pm – Introductions / Orientation
5:30 pm – Yoga Practice
6:30 pm – Yoga Nidra
7 pm – Sound Bath
7:30 pm – Dinner
After dinner free time

 

Friday, September 9th:
8 am – Yoga and Pranayama (breathing) Practice
9:30 am – Guided Meditation
9:45 am – breakfast
After breakfast free time
1 pm – Lunch
2 pm – Mindful Nature Walk / Plant Spirit Healing Meditation
3:30 pm – Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga
4:30 pm – Free Time
7 pm – Dinner
After dinner free time

 

Saturday, September 10th:
8 am – Yoga and Pranayama (breathing) Practice
9:30 am – Guided Meditation
9:45 am -Breakfast
After breakfast free time
1 pm – Lunch
2 pm – Mindful Nature Walk / Plant Spirit Healing Meditation
3:30 pm – Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
5 pm – Free Time
7 pm – Dinner
After dinner free time

 

Sunday, September 11th:
8 am – Yoga and Pranayama (breathing) Practice
9 am – Guided Meditation –¬†harmonizing¬†with the 5 elements
9:15 am – Closing Sound Bath
9:45 am – Breakfast
10:30 am – Closing circle
