Sound healing is an amazing and powerful way to move stagnant energy, release energy patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, and bring your body, mind and spirt back into alignment.
During a sound healing session (also known as a sound bath), the client (or clients) come to lie down in a comfortable, supported position on the floor. The sound healer “bathes” the client in healing vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sound healing instruments. All sound healing instruments are specially tuned to specific vibrational frequencies, including the frequencies of the chakras, the earth, the sun, or the moon.
When I offer a sound bath to a client, I tap in to a source of healing from the spirit realm. Which source I tap into depends on the client. Some examples include plant spirits, angels, divine light or ascended masters. I act as a medium for the source of healing and play the instruments accordingly, allowing the vibration of the healing source to come directly through the sound bath to you.
Different people have different experiences during sound baths. Generally you will experience some kind of altered state of consciousness. You may have insights or visions during the sound bath, or find a sense of deep peace and calm. You may feel very relaxed, or be able to feel the energy moving through your body in a very palpable way.
I offer private sound baths as an addendum to any session with me (it will make your session 30 minutes longer), or as a powerful stand-alone energy healing in and of themselves.
Stand-alone sound baths are about 30 minutes long and offered at my office in Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood.
Investment: My rates are sliding scale, meaning that I ask you to pay whatever you can afford; somewhere between 60 – 75 dollars for a stand-alone sound bath. If you are adding your sound bath to another kind of session, the cost is 50 dollars in addition to the cost of the session.
If you are interested in offering a private group sound bath at your next event, please contact me to discuss the details and to schedule.
