Trying to decide which kind of appointment to schedule?

Here is a brief description of each kind of session that I offer. Feel free to chose whichever kind of session feels right to you. When in doubt, go with a reading.

Speaking of going with a reading; I recommend, but do not require, that your first session with me is a psychic reading. (An initial reading allows us to get the “lay of the land” and decide where we want to go from there if we decide to continue our work together.)

Psychic Reading:

Call it energy, prana, chi or what you will; it is all the same thing. It is the force that animates us. Within this force is a great wisdom that we can access just by tuning into it. This “tuning in” is often called clairvoyant, intuitive or psychic “reading”.  I have trained extensively in this art.

During a reading, I take a look at what’s happening for you energetically. I will close my eyes and “read” your energy field, and tell you what I see. This is a “soul to soul” conversation between us that accesses a deeper level of understanding than what is normally available to you in your daily life. This unique way of seeing offers you a higher vantage point from which to understand the dynamics of your situation, without all of the stories and judgments that come in and cloud our understanding when we look at something with the rational and/or emotional mind.

I will begin by looking at where you are in your life in a general way, and then I will open up the space for you to ask questions. You are welcome to ask questions about anything that you like, including relationships, career choices or health concerns.

Energy Healing: 

Energy healing sessions begin with a conversation about your needs and intentions, and the rest of our time unfolds from there. Together we will use a combination of psychic reading, journey work, mediation, sound healing, plant spirit medicine and other tools to facilitate a positive shift in your energy field. 

Energy healings are most helpful when they happen regularly; often the problems that clients want to shift require multiple sessions (although just one session can be profoundly helpful). Many of my energy healing clients find that once a month is a good frequency for them.

I am available as a mentor for those who wish to deepen and refine their spiritual practice and receive guidance and support as they walk along their path. Our time together might include some or all of the following, depending on what’s needed:

  • Deep listening and reflection
  • Guidance and support
  • Intuitive reading
  • Energy healing
  • Guided/facilitated connection with your Higher Self
  • Guided/facilitated connection with Spirit

Mentorship sessions can help you to learn how to use energy tools and / or yoga in your daily life to help you live in a more satisfying way, deepen or expend your current spiritual understanding and/or spiritual practice(s). If you have take spiritual or yoga classes from me and would like to continue your studies with me one-on-one, mentorship is also a great option for you.

Mentorship sessions work best if they happen regularly, although peak frequency varies for different people. Some mentorship clients see me once a month, others more frequently, others only a few times a year. It’s all about finding whatever works for you and your life!

Yoga Therapy:

Thousands of years ago, when yoga was originally invented, it’s purpose was to dissolve any obstructions in the practitioners’ energy flow. This because energy that is blocked or stuck in some way creates distress or disease in the body, mind and/or spirit. Conversely, when our energy is flowing in a smooth and balanced way our bodies, minds and spirits can begin to heal.

In Yoga Therapy sessions I use my clairvoyant ability to sense how your energy is moving in tandem with my extensive yogic toolkit.

My yogic toolkit consists of systematically applied postures, attention and breath work. This is yoga in it’s most traditional application; as a form of energy healing. By moving the body, focusing the mind in specific ways and doing specific breathing practices, anything blocking a healthy, vibrant flow of energy is dissolved.
