I’ve always found it difficult to label the kind of yoga that I teach. My teaching style is an alchemy that draws from many sources. In general, students can expect to enjoy consistent reminders to breathe, and to engage the mental and spiritual bodies along with the physical. Asanas are usually taught in a way that emphasizes grounding and core strength, with opportunities to slow down and feel the details of each posture, balanced with opportunities to move fluidly with the breath.
